Not able to create an application on the Customer Service for Financial Services framework on V 7.2.2

Every time I click on the create button to create an application, the rules sets and rule set versions get created and then I get a 'Class name too long' alert. After I fix the class name length alerts, it wont let me use the same name again and pops up an error saying the rule set version already exists.

When i look for the rulesets/version, I cant find them under Records-->Sys Admin --> Rule sets. But the come up when i do a plain search with my organisation name in the search box. I cant open an instance from the search record, displays the usual 'rule has been Blocked/Withdraw/or does not exists' message.

Next, I tried changing my Organisation name very time and also fixed the class name length issue before clicking on 'Create application' button, now it says things like 'Problem creating History tables' and also some other times i got some random SQL error without proper information.

This is very frustrating !!! Please help ASAP !!!
