Chat bot - Send Confirmation message or CaseID to the user

Hi All,

I have configured a chat bot .

Lets say i have asked all the necessary questions and got the response which are needed to create a case.

Now i want to display a success message with case ID in the chat screen instead of any questions.

For Ex

Q1 - Ans

Q2 - Ans

Q3-Ans

"Thanks a case has been created with your inputs" Here is your Case ID - "" . - I want my chat to be in this way.

As of now my flow calls a sub flow with questions. But i am not sure where exactly do we need to set it and how ?

Any pointers on this would be helpful.
