Lets say i have asked all the necessary questions and got the response which are needed to create a case. Now i want to display a success message with case ID in the chat screen instead of any questions. For Ex Q1 - Ans Q2 - Ans Q3-Ans "Thanks a case has been created with your inputs" Here is your Case ID - "" . - I want my chat to be in this way. As of now my flow calls a sub flow with questions. But i am not sure where exactly do we need to set it and how ? Any pointers on this would be helpful. US View Profile Send Message CarissaW_GCS PEGA replied to SarathPrashanth You could add another question shape to the end of your flow and use a paragraph rule to display the message with the property value. Add a question shape that references a rule. On the Question tab of the Question rule, reference a paragraph rule that contains the message and case ID property. On the Answers tab of the Question rule, select 'Show display text only' as the answer mode.
