Corrupt operator question

Hi,

I am using pega 7.2. I created a workflow and a few operators to test routing and approvals. After a few months I believed I had things configured properly, but when i routed work to a workbasket, the operator that managed/owned that workbasket never displayed the new requests. In fact, in the pega 7 express dash, the operator was in a different workflow and work group. I deleted the operator and recreated him, but it had the same issue. I saved the operator as a new operator (new name), and it worked as i expected (correctly)....in the correct work group and basket.

How do i clean up what i consider a corrupt operator? I will need this operator id in the future when we rely on SSO or active directory for authentication.

thanks for your help

Doug
