Customer Service Interaction: Customizing label for Wrap up button and visibility conditions for the buttons
In a Customer Service interaction, I have a requirement where I need to customize the label of Wrap up button and also modify the visibility condition to show the quick wrap up and standard wrap up buttons in different scenarios than the existing ones.
However, my concern is that if I update the section CPMInteractionDriver to customize these, any future update will not reflect.
Is it recommended to update this section? What are the things that I need to watch out for?

@pegal194 The Wrap up text is coming from a pyCaption field value called WrapUp. You can make the change there. I would not recommend updating the section or the logic, as it has been made Final in more recent versions and will require you to remove the override. What are the conditions that you are looking to update?
