Deploying Email Channel and Interface Pega 7.x and 8.x
I have created a Email interface rule from channel and interface option to configure Email IVA functionality.But how to deploy this Email interface to the higher version ? Need the same answer for other type of interfaces as well like WebChat/Facebook etc?
Hi Devjyoti, is application move completely out of question? It can get really complex without application deployment. You will need different kind of assets for Email and Conversational (Webchat, FB, etc) channels.

Service Email instance

I strongly suggest you to use regular application deployment rather than doing all this by yourself. It's a great idea to package all the channel stuff into one zip file and move it to another system. This is something we need to have in the platform. I'll create a feedback item in our Product Management system so we can prioritize this.
