How can I create a new work basket from a case manager portal?
Hi,
In the case manager portal we are referring a List View "ListWorkbasketsdeveloper" . On click of new button of the report we are not able to create a new work basket. It gives an error message- "Unable to open. No rule by that name exists".
But when we run the same List View from developer portal we can create a new work basket.

Which version of PRPC you are using?. Could you please post some screen shots if possible.
