Inbound email processing - Process inbound email to proceed the case in the flow

Hi,

I am trying to process the inbound email received using the activity pyCreateAndManageWorkFromEmail, i have learned that in order to process the workobject we need to have the information of the workobject in the inbound email, so i am using the subject of the email for that.

I am now stuck at the part where i need to proceed the case forward in the flow which is not happening. although i am giving the flow action name as parameter for this ootb activity.

Can somebody please help me with this ? I really could use as much as possible
