One for order. and another for reorder. The user can view his previous orders in Reorder dashboard and select one to reorder the same items. Is there a method to pass order id and items list of D-86 to D-98?I tried by adding a temp page but it was not successful.TIA Pega Platform Low-Code App Development Low-Code App Development Dev/Designer Studio Case Management ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! To achieve your requirement, during Reorder case creation, you should pass pzInsKey (or pyID) to the case and use it later to retrieve any data from Order case Posted: 1 year agovaspoz BPM Company replied to MaleeshaW3. At the moment of Reorder case being created, the original Order case is already Resolved-? 4. How exactly you create a Reorder case? I don't get this part: When the customer selects order number D-86, a new case D-98 gets created Posted: 1 year agoMaleeshaW Evonsys replied to vaspozHi, Order and Reorder are two top level cases. Customer can select one of his previous orders (D-86) and a new order request (D-98) gets created based on D-86 order details. 1. Reorder does not create any new cases. hence D- for both cases. 2. I passes pyID but it doesn't get saved when the new case is created. 3. yes. the original order case is already resolved. 4. I do not create a reorder case. It only has one stage. To view the previous orders and "create case" smart shape. Posted: 1 year agovaspoz BPM Company replied to MaleeshaWCould you provide a screenshot of your case in Case Designer? Posted: 1 year agovaspoz BPM Company replied to MaleeshaW"Customer can select one of his previous orders" - where does she select it? in a context of work object, in dashboard? If I understood you correctly, there's no Reorder case. You have only one top case - Order. So users can create either blank(new) cases, or a copy of existing case?
