Pega chat supporting multiple language for system messages
Can Pega chat( Rel 7.3.1) supports multiple language ( Dutch , French, English) for system messages.
For e.g. - For a french queue the offline message ( Chat is not available) should be possible to set in French. Similar to the queues configured for multiple language to support for customer facing sites.

The off hour's behavior and Agents not available messages can be updated for each queue in the "Edit Chat Queue" area. However, many systems messages are english only at this time. You can find this also refereenced in the Pega Customer Service implementation guide for 7.31. We do have a roadmap feature to allow business users the ability to change and update the messages and localize the messages within our roadmap.
