Please can you provide assistance with the Pega Knowledge > Taxonomy Category > Authorized Role feature?
When we view a help site, the categories are always displayed, irrespective of the user role and Authorized Role settings. Please can you explain how the settings have been implemented by Pega Knowledge (eg section visibility condition, report definition filter etc etc)? so I can check our configuration

The taxonomy category access roles are designed for internal security/visibility restrictions, such as within the Pega Customer Service application. KM Help Sites were initially designed without applying those restrictions to support unauthenticated users (e.g. external customers) . However, we should be able to provide you guidance on how to apply those access role restrictions on the KM Help Sites and will reach out to you directly with that guidance.
PFA the zip file to enable security role restrictions in Helpsites,Extract the zip and import the jar a branch named securityroles will be in your system. you will have to merge the branch in PegaKM, to get the changes. the branch name is SecurityRoles.
