Thank you for updating the SR number here! I had a look into the SR and it looks like only the original post was mentioned and not the updates. This has a potential of confusing the engineer who addresses your SR. I have added an internal note to the engineer who is currently handling this SR, which states the URL to this post and provided some background.
I did see that email communication and hence added that internal note on the SR yesterday. I now see that it has been recommended that you reach out to your Account Executive. Please let us know for any updates!
