Readonly access to My Support Portal
Hi, Would Pega be able to provide read-only access to some of the users on a account to MSP (my support portal), to check status of SRs and not to create/modify them? Thanks!
Sridhar, we dont have this feature in our system. We will check the feasibility of this with MSP (My Support Portal) product owner and update you.
