Thanks..we didn't restrat the system .. we will give try after restarting the systems.. Do we really need DSS settings? According to help documention ,if setting doesn't exist then it takes as Deferred. The same usecase didn't work before creating DSS as well..
Have you enabled Monitoring on Service package and tested if the calls are being recorded or not instead of delegating to Service rule configuration change? just to make sure if this is happening with all the options.
