There has been issue; Please contact your administrator.
After upgrade from 7.1.7 to 7.2.2, we are getting the below error frequently.
"There has been issue; Please contact your administrator."
This is a major blocker for us to Proceed Further.

You can run the use case which causes the error and collect the tracer log.
From the tracer log, do you see where the error/exception comes from?
