Hi !
Following the steps in the installation guide: https://community.pega.com/system/files/pdfs/pega-customer-service-for-communications-74-install-guide_1.pdf ,I have the following error:
* There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator.
* Status : fail
*Operator: unauthenticated or not available
*Node: no ID available

Based on your error1.png, the importing of \Rules\PegaCRMC_74.jar had some errors.
Have you check what those errors are? [you can click on the red "Total errors: 436" link to see]
Are all prerequisites met? eg. install Pega 7.4, CS 7.4 and Pega Foundation for Communication 7.4.
