Hello, I have a client ask to support a knowledgebase similar to the OTB Knowledge in CRM. However, this is an internal user app, without customer engagement, and built on the base platform. Is it possible to enable Pega Knowledge Management without the CRM framework? If not, has anyone successfully mimiced it from scratch?
If I understand correctly, you want to have PegaKM installed on Pega Platform without other frameworks. I have done that recently. I had Pega Platform 8.3 setup locally and requested for PegaKM and imported Rules/PegaKM.jar from the software package I got.
