Amazon Connect Softphone Issue

I am connecting to Amazon Connect for CTI, I have followed the developers guide to implement the CTI link (Embedded UI) and I have white listed my Pega Lab environment URL on Amazon Connect. The following issues appear:

1. When I login to Amazon Connect through my softphone I get the message that my browser is not supported (latest Firefox and latest Chrome versions installed, on both the same error).

2. When I receive a call the screenpop comes up, but when I accept the call the soft phone is not making the connection to the call and after some seconds the message "Real-time communication error" appears with the details "Failed due to browser-side WebRTC issue".
