Emails are not sent properly

Recently we migrated from Microsoft outlook to Office 365.Post this change we are facing issues in our email generation like,

1. Mails not successfully sent out.

2. Index out of bound exception.

3. Eventhough it shows successfully sent still it won't receive in inbox.

Any idea do we need to change any settings as it moved to Office 365?

Appreciate your help on this issue.
