How to initiate a case from an agent
We have a requirement to initiate a case from an agent in Pega 7.3.1.
If we call any of the OOTB activities we are getting a pzInternalProcess authentication error.
Even if we give Admin Access Group in the agent still the error comes.
How can we initiate a case from an agent?
Hi I did this by using an activity.
In activity I used call pxcreatetopcase, activated an agent.
Please share the error screenshot. Will advise on that
