Interaction Portal - Remove Knowledge Management
I am using Customer Service for Communications application. In the Interaction Portal, I see Knowledge Management bar on the right side (with question mark), when clicked expands to show the KM pane.
Please see attached screenshots.
Where can I find the setting to remove KM from the portal? (Without having to manually edit the section rules). I don't want to just stow away the KM bar. It should not be available in the portal in any form.

Hi,
This isn't something I've tried personally, but you might be able to use the live UI tool to find out how it's included, and override the rules that add it in.
