Pega Knowledge, installed as a standalone application, can be integrated with any Pega application. After installation (following the Pega Knowledge installation guide), to integrate the Pega Knowledge application with your existing Pega 7 Platform, specify the PegaKM and KMReports rulesets in your application stack. This will make the Pega Knowledge application visible to the Pega Configure Price Quote application. Exposing knowledge articles to your application can be done in various manners and also depends on the business requirements. Pega Customer service provides pre-integration of knowledge in the interaction portal, but that is Pega Customer Service-specific integration.
