We have a requirement to capture an id in a web chatbot. Once the id has been captured, we wanted to show this id in the next question.
Ex: What is your case id?
Please confirm your entered case id is C-123? (Just example)
Ans: Yes or No
I tried to referer the answer property in second question through RTE, Pega reference and direct reference as a survey question. But it not showing the value and it is returning null. Is it a limitation or product issue? Please confirm.
