We are calling activity B from activity A using queue method. If activity B is not completed, we put it into error workbasket using tickets. Upon successful completion, we move it to success workbasket.
This is working fine in lower environments, but in production environment most of the cases go to error workbasket. There are no errors in the log file, which means that the queue activity did not start the execution in 10 minutes.
Any idea how to monitor the queue and how to track it?
