I have configured SLA in Stage Level in the Case Designer and it fires as configured. I just want to display the Stage Level Goal and Deadline time in a report. What are properties holds these SLA Date and Time values? I can see the Urgency in the pyWorkPage but I don't see the Goal and Deadline properties.
These values are stored on the SLA Rule itself and not on the work or assignment objects. SLA processing utilizes task based agents. You may be able to report on instances of System-Queue-ServiceLevel as these are the SLA's which are actively being processed. They have a property pyMinimumDateTimeForProcessing which contains the value at which time the next event will occur (Goal, Deadline, or Late).
