Are you trying to configure rule based NLP or model based NLP?
The rule based NLP can be configure by clicking the edit categories button in the screenshot you've provided. The category should match your create case command. You can then add some keywords to the approximate match category, as shown in the provided screenshot below to trigger the response.
Right now there is no OOTB way to leverage the sentiment score for your chatbot. You can use Pega NLP and generate a text model using the format in the attached files for your taxonomy and training data to leverage the category returned from the text analysis.
