How to enable the engagement profile in CRM
In one of the demo presentations by Pega we came across a feature called engagement profile. It was told that this is available in the CRM mode of usage of the CS, SA and marketing applications. The feature is kind of an extended customer 360. And attached is this screen grab was taken from the presentation,
Can someone help me and tell how to enable this feature? I have installed CS, SA and marketing and also enabled the CRM mode. But this particular navigation option or view is not available.
