Open assignments for PZINTERNALCASEFLOW
In our application, we see in production that sporadically when user see open hanging assignment related to PZINTERNALCASEFLOW.
On reviewing the audit trail of these cases, and the hanging assignment, we see a pattern that it occured when user launched the case wide local action called reassign.
Not been able to replicate this though, need some help on what situation would this occur?
Is it a known issue with Pega? Or What areas should we review in our code, if at all it is our code issue?

That's sound a bit bizarre really. Your user is starting "reassign" local action and then you having an invalid assignment on PZINTERNALCASEFLOW.
Is it the Out-Of-The-Box "Reassign" or did you customize it?
