Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record System
My child case has a workbasket with an SLA, when the deadline is reached it advances the flow with ResumeFlow activity to reach an operator's assignment. The assignment is not reached and the agent queues the queue as Broken Process, with the message "Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record System". The same happens for a workbasket assignment.
