I have an assignment and a SLA is defined on it. I am also routing the assignment to workbasket. For testing purpose I am setting goal from a property which is having a past date(so that immediately the goal and its corresponding actions gets executed). What I notice is when the SLA goal time is met, my action of calling a data transform is not getting called, instead the assignment end up in broken process with error message - Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-Operator-ID", pyUserIdentifier = "System"
I am unable to understand why this is happening. would you be able to help on this?

"The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. Routing to current operator works fine in flows when there is an operator logged into the requestor. Things like agents, which aren't authenticated use system. Since the system has no worklist and can't be assigned work, routing work to current operator from an agent is not allowed."
