Signifiance of Visual Cue in Intent Task
Context: I'm trying to configure a New Intent Task for a Driver Category. Under Intent Conditions Tab.. I want to add an Intent When condition so that the Intent Task can be suggested/auto-launched. I could see a Field named - 'Visual Cue'
Question: What should be specified in -- "Visual Cue" ? Signifiance of this Field.

The visual cue is no longer used, and this should be documented, thanks for pointing this out. This used to allow the developer to designate a visual indicator (e.g. icon, such as a lightbulb, etc.) when the suggested intent was displayed in the interaction driver. The current Customer Interaction Portal interaction driver uses pre-set visual indicators for consistency, so you are not required to set a Visual Cue in the suggested intent configuration.
