In our application , we are trying to resolve/wrap up the Interaction and service at a same time. This action needs to be done on click of a button from service case. C case and I case are separate thread, so I am not able to close the I- case tab using the button in service case. Is there is any way to achieve it? I believe one of our other customers had such a solution implemented for them. I will check to see the scope of that solution, and if it can be made available to you. What version of the Platform and of Customer Service are you using?
This works OOTB. You need to enable "Quick Wrapup" for your specific interaction type. Once you do that, the wrap up button that shows up in the Interaction driver will do exactly what you are looking for.
