Accepted Solution Posted: 1 year agoSusanLiu_GCS PEGA replied to ChethanB5838Have you tried to call OOTB "DefineSLATimes" activity? In your activity, you can first use "Property-set" to set ".pySLAName" and then call "DefineSLATimes" activity. Both the parameters (UseExistingValues & pyNewObject) for activity DefineSLATimes will be passed false (unchecked) to adjust/change the Case SLA.
