Outbound calls and CTI telephony options
We have just enabled outbound calls in our application, but we have noticed that every time we want to use the telephony options such as conference, consult, transfer, an avaya error is displayed and we are unable to complete the action.
We are launching the call from a link which runs the script placeCall, that is the same function the CPMMakeCall OOTB control uses. As per business requirement we have to place the call and open the outbound interaction once you click that link.
Attached is the error we are getting. Has anyone faced this same issue? Are those options supposed to be working with outbound calls?

The issue is happening when you want to transfer the outbound call. The call is initiated with no issues, but at the moment of transferring the avaya error is displayed.
Do you mean we have to put the client on hold before using any of the telephony options (consult, warm tranfer, blind transfer, conference? There's no need to do that when you use those options with inbound calls.
