Service Level Queue Issue
Hi All,
I'm trying to set Ticket on the assignment which has SLA triggered on it. When SetTicket activity is called, its throwing an error as
"Instance of Class Queue not found: SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL.SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL...."
Not able to proceed because of this. Any idea how this can be addressed.

Hi Zakir,
Are you able to find the queue instance referenced when you view the System-Queue-ServiceLevel instances? If you do see an entry, what is the status? Are there any error messages contained in the XML for the item?
